engine wanted for my Pantera

I'm exploring the avenues of crate motors vs. a high performance "known" motor i might find here..Looking to considerably upgrade my current horses with a basically drop in and go motor.If anyone knows of a site or migth have a motor i would welcome any and all.
Current motor is a 351M stock only has some engine dress ups on it, and freshened up heads with 3 angle comp. valve job.
