But seriously folks...

I truly enjoy this community, other's Panteras, and of course, my Pantera. For the money I paid for my '86 targa 5-S, I could've have chosen from a host of other cars, new or pre-owned. I never gave it a second thought.

Every time I see a Pantera, I always take time to check it out. I just find the shape a timeless work of art!

Getting to know my fellow members in person and on the PIBB has been great! This truly is a unique marque, and it's members are equally as unique and interesting. More importantly, you're all worth knowing!

Well said Michael. AMEN.

I have had an emotional attachment to the Pantera since 1971, but when it came time to buy one, I did my best to be logical about the process. I developed a list of desireable sports cars, investigated the cost & benefits of ownership, checked out the club activity of each marque, parts availability and other factors.

In the end, I obviously made a decision to buy a Pantera; half of that decision was based upon my emotional ties to the car, another factor influencing that decision was the Pantera's ability to turn heads, and of equal importance to those considerations, I found the community of Pantera owners were more to my liking, than the owners of the other marques I had considered.

So, on this fine Friday afternoon, a toast to ALL OF YOU, my fellow Pantera owners, you folks are BITCHEN!

Another round of buttery nipples for everyone in the house, on me.

One final toast! To David and Linda, who publish the PI magazine, and are responsible for the PIBB, which brings us all together. Here's to you David & Linda, thanks for all you do.

George
