Fans Don't Work

Filled cooling system for first time after rebuild. After warm up, my fans don't work. What else controls them besides the thermostatic switches? I have the wires connected. Maybe I missed another wire.

Original configuration had two relays mounted on the right side of the front trunk forward bulkhead ('72 and later).

Depending upon year, some cars have one pink wire fed from fuse #11 that feeds both relays, and others have two pink wires (one for each relay) fed from fuses #11 & #12.
