My Pantera get flooding on both carpet by rain. all seals of windshield and others are new. where is the water coming from ? possibly by the air inlet in fron of the windshield ? how can I check if drainage is ok ?

the floor does have drainage holes but these are covered by your carpets.
Get one of your family to get out the hosepipe and set to, don't forget under the front wheels
towards the A posts, from the top of the wing downwards

take out the airvent grills on front of the windscreen.
also the wiperarms must take off.
than look inside the the space and see if there
is dirth what blocked the hole from the wateroutlets

there is a pipe, 1" weldet on each side on the bottom. is that the drainage ? I can fill it and dry it today anymore...

Yes Uli.
That is the drain pipe.
You have to check in the top under the dashboard.
They Can be broken/rusty in the welding in the top.
But Lets hope they just are full of dirt.

How is the grill best to remove. I got one end of, the second keep in the position. I tried carefully with a tongs, no chance... I saw other Pantera today at Nürburgring old timer GP, these have the grill fixed with screws...

Uli the plastic clips holding the grills in place are very stiff and can easily break when trying to pull off the Grille, you can buy new rubber grommets from your local hardware store
as a replacement, then they will push in easily.

Removal:
Thin blade putty knife
Small flat blade screwdriver
Soft cloth strips
There are 8 pins. One at each corner and 4 on the outer edge of the two wide panels on the grill.
Lubricant at each pin might help removal.
If it won't lift with just gentle lifting at the edges, loop the cloth under several grill ribs to help lift it out. Lift only at the outer edges.

got it, puhhh. tried to lift with isolated wiring, no chance. bent a 2" long nail 90°. reduced the diameter with iron filing. Bent up pin by pin. only 4 pins and 3 pins keep the grill such strong. with the fully 8 pin you can liftz the car... I was thinking this is also air inlet for fresh air and heating, but it is not. what else is that all needed for, just for windscreen wiper,

Indeed. Really surprised someone hasn't jumped on this. May be a reason to get a 3D printer.
