Grease fittings on ball joints and tie rod ends

I put mine in the center as described in a POCA news article a few years back. You can use extended-length zerks, or make a 1/2" long extension from an appropriate brass fitting for each. The zerk fits the depression fine; you just can't get a wrench in the depressed area to tighten it! Note- zerks are 1/4-28 thread. When drilling & tapping the ball joints, you'll run into the nylon inner support with your drill. Just don't go too deep, and be sure to clean out all the metallic shavings from drill/tapping.
