green panel lights out

The green lights over my center console have ceased to function but there are no blown fuses. As the roads are still bare and snow's on the way, I haven't even touched a screwdriver to it yet (too much fun to have), but I'll have to fix 'em this winter. Are there any "usual" problems that cause this? Are there any recommended "fixes" that need to be perfomed? Thanks to all.

The green instrument lights are peculiar incandescent bulbs that look like 1" long green beans with a contact on each end. Pantera vendors have them in stock cheap, but no one else seems to.
