Mid-Engine Transaxles I'd like to know the price - they look pretty nice!

I would take a guess and say that it will probably be "competitive" with other alternative boxes.
That means if the ZF is $15,000, this one will be $14,900.
Apparently they are relying on Richmond Gear as the source of the gears and components.
That means T10 sliders and synchros for one thing.
Even so, the gear ratios don't make sense to me as racing ratios or even street ratios.
The Richond 5 speed is a 3.26 first gear with a 1:1 fifth.
The six speed just adds an overdrive.
I think Llyods RBT 6 speed is in the same gear multiplication series as the Richmond. 3.25 ish first gear, .6something 6th overdrive?
The only way you would want a six speed with a 2.42 first and a .5something sixth is if you were going to Lemans and the car was heavily supercharged...or maybe a diesel?
They make no sense to me AND with an assembly length like that, exactly what car will be able to use them?
As it turns out the Pantera's ZF is about as compact of a package as you can get and the torque limit is the major draw back to it.
The RBT is a better compromise but the guys with the 1000hp dual turbos are going to need to keep searching.
Maybe they can make a Chrysler Torque-flite work? The push button gear selector would be nice too. Just push "D", stomp on the pedal and hang on? I forget how many "G's" that is?
It always made me light headed and see spots.
