Found one neglected '74' Rust on nose pannel, hood, around tail lights, and surface rust on top,reardeck,and tops of doors. Car has original running gear. I offered $3500.00, What do you think?

That would be a deal....if the tranny works,
and the engine, etc...much more so. If the rust is REAL bad, the parts are worth more.
If you are buying this as your first Pantera, plan the project, know what you are getting into....you could spend more restoring it, than just buying a nice car.

You should make as many contacts as possible with knowledgeble Pantera people and have them perhaps evaluate the car. It really is bottom-line as to what image you desire the finished product to produce. Will it be an attractive daily driver, or a show car. There can, and will be, many unforseen expenses. I'm into my daily drive over $13,000 so far And Im in a position to get jobber costs on prices and engine building.
