Myth Busters had a program about just this type of stuff! Plastic covers for the licence plate, special sprays suppose to make a glare when a flash hits it, so the plate can't be read. All of them DON'T work so save your MONEY!

I drive a minimum of 200 mi round trip to work everyday on the 5 freeway and it never fails that four or five times a week the left lane is jambed with cars and the right lane is wide open. I just move over and shake my head at the sheep as I drive by at 80.
