What is the proper torque for lug nuts?

I always used 65-75 ft-lbs, with lube on the studs. It wouldn't hurt to get a little oil on the Campy wheel where it touches the steel hub, too. This provides some corrosion protection for the magnesium wheel at a high stress/wear point.
