That is Lilo Ben Zicron's Mangusta, he sure gets around the country with it, he is from Toluca Lake CA and ran in the Monterey Reunion this year and in spring we met him at Thunderhill too.

I like the 'Goose all flared out like that! The body style lends it self well to being all 'raced out'.
