I have the Michelin Pilot Sport's on the GT5 and they are a good all round tire, performed well on track in the wet (full monsoon those 2 days) and dry.

The second Pantera is shod with Toyo R888's but that's an 18" wheel

I also have Pirelli Assimetrico's on the Ultima and apart from the sticker shock they are an awesome tire, that said I do run Hooiser R6's in the dry.

For Infineon this time of year you are probably wise to stick with a treaded compound.

I know a few people that have stepped down to a 315 width and prefer it especially for track. There's a whole lot more choice and availability at that width. The Kumho's or R888's come highly recommended.

Thanks for all the responses. I'll take all the info and make a decision. This afternoon, on a flook, I stopped at my local Discount Tire and asked if they have any of the 335's, and to my surprise he said their warehouse inventory shows 2 Dunlops (which is what I currently have). However, they are almost as expensive as what you can buy the Michelins. So now, I'm not sure what I'm going to do. I guess I'll make a decision tomorrow. The 315's are also a real consideration, as there seems to be plenty of choices and plenty of local stock. Again, thanks to everyone who responded, I'll keep you posted.
To all who replied, thanks, I found a pair of Michelins that were taken off of a show car with zero miles on them. The car was always transported by trailer and never driven. Globe Tires in Manhattan beach had them and sold them at $195.00 each, which made me very happy. So on to Infineon with new tires. Now if we could just keep the rain away this weekend.
