Pull the motor and rebuild, scrape the crud, paint the engine bay, rebuild the trans, minor paint work and reassemble. Thank you all on this board that helped!!!!!!

Nice work, dude. I really like the engine mods. What distributor did you install? What carb?

The distributor is original, I just installed a pertronix unit with a hotter MSD coil. The carb is a new Holley 770 street avenger. Once I work out all the little stuff I will dyno it.
