I have read many opinions on this subject and was recently advised that a clean aplication of Red Loctite will prevent the Ring Bolts from ever becoming loose??

Safety wire is good for keeping parts from falling off. The appropriate grade(and proper application) of Locktite is generally better at preventing the fasteners from loosening in the first place...Al English
Thanks Al for your input!Have you wired your ZF? And if so did you use pre-drilled bolts or did you drill your stock bolts.I am going to propably cover all bases and both loctite and wire.Any info or photos of the wiring process would be most appreciated.

Red Loctite and lock wire is the way to go, don't use the old bolts because of the serrated heads or bolts with washers under the head. I am a big fan of Loctite products but if the parts are not clean the thread locker will not work,to do the job right you need to remove the diff and remove the ring gear to clean out all the oil. P.S. I use .032 wire,RED Loctite,65 lbs torque.

Your suggesting not to re-use the existing Ring bolts?Did you drill new bolts yourself, or did you purchase pre-drilled bolts? Also is there a right and left hand wiring tool and can you recommend some where that I can become educated on how the job should be wired and what the finished product should look like.
