Garth, I know this is a terrible thing for me to say, but thank you so very much for those pictures. It makes me feel a lot better about my car. Since I own my car I sometimes see only what is wrong with it. When I see pictures like that I feel tons better about my car.
Thanks again.
Looks like a good candidate for a tube chassis racecar. Or possibly a donor for a mold. I can see it now (wavy lines form as Blaine drifts into a dreamlike state). A full carbon fiber honeycomb monocoque Pantera with slight liberties taken to some of the aerodynamic blemishes. 1500 LBS with a 700 HP aluminum 4 cammer.(Blaine wakes up, gives head a shake and realizes unless he miraculously wins the lottery which he never plays this isnt going to happen). Sorry for the ramble. A man can dream cant he.

Actually that might not be as impossible as you would think! The guy who made my GT40 ( http://www.race-car-replicas.com/ )has Pantera body molds and has shown some interest in offering a Pantera replica made to fit the aluminum monocoque chassis he uses for the Lola and GT40 kits.By the way, the light blue GT40 on the MK1 page is mine! Ron I looked at that sight last weekend and I hada question. When he says a roller chasis, does that mean all that stuff is already put together and all you have to do is put an engine in, or does all that stuff comein a great big box andyou gotta put every single thing together???????
This car is located very close to my home. I have not had time to go and look at in person, but as mentioned already, the pictures look very ugly.

This car would cost an enormous amount of $$$ to restore (properly). Best bet is someone who wants a parts car, or build a race car out of it.

If it doesn't sell soon, I will go down and make a low ball offer to take it off their hands. Could always use a parts car Smiler
