Hmmmm .

Not a Ford-based cutaway.

pushbutton
center headlight bar support
front Euro GTS side marker
single slot Campies
bumper-mounted rear license lights
front mounted spare
curved fuel filler pipe
no surge tank?
battery behind passenger seat in engine bay
spreader bar anchors to shock towers?
no outside mirrors
no windshield wipers
no front bumpers?

What did I miss?

Nothing wrong with the battery rack - my PB has one on that spot.

As for the mirrors - PB's came without, unless being asked for.

Same applies to the antenna - they came without, but you could have your dealer install one on the roof (like I have), or on the front fender.

And yep, my PB has (had - I don't have it in the care anymore) the spare in front ;-)
The spare tire was in the front for '71, until it was discovered that in a crash, the front deck lid would pop open and the spare tire would launch through the windshield.

The early PB's did not have a shroud on the A/C condenser.

The center support for the headlight bar was a '71 item. My square door handle '71 has the center support for the headlight bar. The PB's have this also.

I'm surprised nobody noticed the full width, one piece rear bumper. The one piece rear bumper can be seen on page 59 of Jan Norbye's book.

The two tanks in this picture both have pressure caps, both are associated with the cooling system, but as Andy commented the tank near the battery IS NOT a swirl tank, looks like a header tank to me. This car has the nice Ferrero steering wheel, but the lame "65 Mustang style" seats.

There is another version of this cut-away with a few changes. I won't give them away. A black and white copy of the second version can be found on page 11 of Jan Norbye's book.
