After 14 yrs of complaining to my local town hall, I finally got them to redo the sidewalk in front of my driveway so I can drive straight in and out of my garage without scraping the bottom of the cat.
When the crew came to do the work, I made friends, kept the espresso machine going, and fired up the cat every time one of them asked.
With them now in my hand, I had them lower the sidewalk beyond city specs. I now drive in and out like I'm on a flat road.
Awesome.
Oh yeah. I picked up this aluminum logo at PI on Jerry's desk. I drilled some legs into it and dropped it into the wet concrete.
