That little GTS front spoiler was designed by the DT factory for the car to keep the nose down on the car to a certain speed. Without it the Pantera gets a little light in the front at over 150mph.

I seem to think that I saw wind tunnel results with it on the car.

It was factory designed for it as opposed to the Revson design which was popular here in the US while the cars were still new but have issues with curbs.

To me it enhances the looks of the car better then the others and looks best with the front crash bumper which also has a spoiler designed into it.

From somewhere in my memory I want to say that bumper and this spoiler were the best combination of drag and down force and that the bumper is integral to the down force design. In other words, they were intended to be used together.

I long ago went to the fiberglass versions of the crash bumpers and eliminated the extra hardware and weight that went with them
