Dave, I can answer the question about the engine. A common weight given for the 351C is 550 pounds, how much the engine is "dressed out" is not specified in that weight however. With cast iron exhaust manifolds, an air filter assembly, a starter motor, an alternator, a water pump and a flywheel but no clutch the weight is approx. 610 pounds. This weight does not include the weight of an a/c compressor & mounting bracket, however the Pantera's tubular exhaust manifolds are a little lighter than the cast iron exhaust manifolds, so adding the one and subtracting the other, 610 is going to be a very close figure. An aluminum intake manifold will shave another 25 pounds off the weight.
