Want to borrow 1" spacer to check wheel clearance

I know I can buy them and I will if I can't find one or two to borrow in Orange County/ L.A. area. I want to space out my front wheel and turn it lock to lock to be sure the wheels I order can fit in my current group 4 flares. I've measured and turned the wheels and it looks like it'll work but.....? The spacer needs to have studs in them because without, there isn't enough thread on the stock studs to accept a 1 inch spacer. Thank you!
