I think Don Martin (Backmarker?) is from western NY. Great guy who recently bought a great car. I'm sure he'll ring in soon.

Thanks for the input! Since I don't have the time between work and family to pull off a restoration project, I'd like to find a car that is a good driver, but not a garage queen. My plans for using the car is to drive it on the weekends, and possibly to my office on nice days. Of course, I would like to have some of the normal updates, radiator, etc.
I just saw that there is a GTS for sale now in Buffalo...Does anyone know 7224?
There are a number of pantera owners in Ontario. There are two in Niagra Falls, 1 in Hamilton and Will Demelo in Oakville who is always willing to help out.

Welcome to the forum New2Pantera and good luck with your search. Actually I am located in Central New York, Syracuse area. I would be glad to help you in your search and check out any Pantera's in the area.
I have met three Panrtera owners in Syracuse, one owns two and one Magusta( I have not seen any of them yet) One I hear has mecanical problems and has been in storage for about thirty years and the other is going through a nut and bolt restoration, I have seen this one and the owner is a great guy. However bear in mind I am no expert.

FYI, 2500 miles and three best of trophies this year . Every time I start it up it puts a smile on my face. I know the previous owner would be proud, as I, like Gavin am just the caretaker of 2539.
