Heck yeah, we will be able to have enough money saved TWICE as fast. The guy wants a Million something bucks, but I figure we can talk him down a few thousand. It is probably pretty rough, cause I don't think they ever bothered putting andengine and tranny in. So maybe that is how we can talk down the price to say, $993,682. How long will it take us to save up enough money at say a whole $100 bucks a month?? Can't be long.

ok here's the deal, (we can't do anything with 100 a month that's 4 sure, it don't cover the interest cost). Why you ask interest cost? No one i know in their right mind would pay for a car like this but us fanatics. But without considering inflation, the capital payment on 994,000 US$ would be 3313.33 US$ a month, over a 25 year period, interest on the loan would be about 7% 231.93$. This is an approximation of 3545$ without using an amortisation table. So, we would need about 40 of us fanatics to get this car at 100$ a month, considering taxes, maintenance, etc etc. Witch would leave us about 9 days each to use the car. Naturally, the car would appreciate over this 25 year period so we could make a killing selling it back. Just my 2 cents worth.

or 40 guys put down 25,000 bucks in a pot right now, it's an investment, right? We open a company get shares and borrow for it so we get depreciation and deductible interest...any takers, we need 40

So it would be like a time share condo thing. Interesting. But we have to find a place we can drive it during our time. I think this is supposed to be a race car so it would have to be a track where they would let us keep it there and drive it year round. Like maybe Laguna Sega??
