1974 GTS with 763 miles at Mecum Houston in April

This car was up for sale at the Kissimmee auction but did not make reserve.

Anyone know what the car bid up to or what the reserve was?

Unless there is a paper trail back to it's first delivery I personally would not put any premium or credence on claimed mileage.

I saw the car at Kissimmee and have my doubts about the mileage. There is a bit more wear than 763 miles would warrant. You are very limited as to what you can see on inspection at an auction. As there were several Panteras at Kissimmee, I would most likely get the details mixed up.

If it is then it is all original, original owner car, and he is a Lincoln-Mercury dealer.

engine at least broken-in ?
Hope he wasn't parked for about 20 years without moving ,more ,even running ?

i would fear alot of flat spots , and not only on the tires

ofcourse, when one is looking for a garage queen, this is a option !
