It's a Craigslist advert with no phone #, so that rings alarm bells straight away. It may be genuine but in my recent Craigslist experience its a cesspit of scammers and trolls.

If you've ever posted on craig's list, you'd learn not to post your phone numbers or email addresses. I got tons of spam and other unwanted solicitations via email. Leaving your phone number brings you a ton of spam text messages. The safest way is to receive contact through the Craig's List email and call those who leave phone numbers. Same goes with Ebay.
