I think there are a lot of different 351C (and even more for SBFs)pulleys and the Pantera came with a cast or forged pulley specifically positioning the belts for the AC compressor and alternator. I can post a photo if it helps.

simplest and easiest way to get them is off of ebay.
Probably 71 or 72 Mustang pulleys will work for a non Pantera application. You are going to need the brackets for them also.
The plus is they should be cheap as opposed to a Boss 302 pulley. I sold a NOS crank pulley I had for a 70 for $300 last year.

Thanks ... it was a 351C going in a mustang with a single belt set up ... problem with ebay is you need the upper and lower pulleys to be matched set... so my friend broke the bank and bought MARCH billet pulleys for 250.00 ... thanks anyway.
