74L Pantera Tac Wiring

The previous owner had a Mopar Solid ignition
conversion to replace the dual points. When it got tired, I replaced with Mallory Hy-Fire
system which works great. Problem is the wiring to the tac has 2 wires and I am afraid to try hooking them up because of the polarity. The schematic I have does not have anything on the tac. Any suggestions? Will I fry the tac if I hook up backwards? Thank in advance. Dale R. from Austin, TX.

Don't think so. The circuit as far as I remember was generic and polarity didn't matter. I don't have my diagrams with me- I'm sitting in Austin, too (Omni Southpark hotel). Give me a holler- Jack DeRyke
