Bought my '72 (#3989, on the left) back in October. Previous owner was up in Danville. A very clean pre-L with black anodized trim and stock interior, 49k miles. Engine is near stock.
So far I've replaced (or had replaced) the steering rack bushing, both front tires, battery, carb, plugs, plug wires, and water pump. Car has been aligned and dyno tuned- 264 hp. What remains to be fixed: hatch weld, hatch struts (I'm using a "Pantera stick" for fill-ups), reverse lights, horn. The headliner and sun visors are out of the car at the moment. The side mirrors are plastic and extremely cheesy, but I figure they'll do until they blow off. I also want some quieter mufflers (preferably stock with the correct tips), and Campys.
The other '72 (#1932) belongs to a fellow PCNC club member who lives down the road in Gilroy.
