I installed a new long shifter shaft and support bushing. My shifter arm is now slightly off of center. The car shifts, but I would like to properly center it.
The short shifter arm has a "turnbuckle" in it to allow for centering the shifter lever. This baby is stuck fast!. I assume that one side is standard thread and one side is left hand thread. Which is the left hand thread, the front (firewall) side, or the back (transaxle) side?
I don't want to put any more torque to this thing until I know what is what!
Thanks, Mooso.
