Also a good polish and powder coating shop?

Haven't personaly used them myself, but have heard good things.

I am told by my classic corvette friend that the best plating is only available out of state because of the hazardous waste laws in california.

Can't help you with SoCal, but what George says makes sense. SpaceCoast Plating in Florida does great work and is owned by fellow Pantera owner Dave Pratt. Their website is http://www.spacecoast-plating.com/home.html and you can get pricing by emailing them a picture of the parts. He did the chrome on my valve covers and air cleaner.

Stay away from guys who call themselves "Chrome 4 You". They were doing business on E-Bay and either not sending or bad chrome jobs...
