A "Ponzi' scheme is equivalent to a "pyramid scheme, where there is no actual assets, and the investors are paid "interest" with the influx of monies from new investors. once the influx of "New Investors" stops, inturn so does the "interest payments", and with no real investments aka liquidity aka "Hard Assets", the scheme collapses.....I hope this "helps".....while I have your attention, I have some property that you might be interested in...........Mark.

I think it's risky in my opinion to bid on a car with a bid that starts at 2/3 the appraised value of the vehicle when you can't drive it, have no idea who the appraiser was, don't know what you're getting, etc. I asked about one of the cars here on the BB, and no one has any info (or no one wants to disclose any info) other than what I can see. High risk, small return...
