I bought a DVD of Banzai Runner off e-bay, but haven't had the time to watch it yet ... it's on my bucket list :-)

Ok, so I clipped all the Pantera driving scenes, and compiled a new, 6 minute remixed video with new music.

What I find interesting, for me anyway, the protagonist has a yellow Pantera, and the antagonist has a white, front engine, water cooled Porsche. Hmmmmm. I feel conflicted

Thanks. I read somewhere that Hall Pantera assisted with the production, and rigged a speedometer with a variable speed drill for the close ups. It should be an accurate mile register.

What really amazes me is the agility that Dean Stockwell exits the car at 5:26 of my video remix. He leaps out and runs away like he was getting out of an F150!

As for the quick exit, there's nothing like being 5'6" and weighing 130 lbs to make it easy.

The many unique and numerous crazy ways Pantera owners enter and exit their cars is really something that has to be videotaped to be believed.

Next time you are with a bunch of Pantera owners, as everyone says goodbye, take a minute, get your camera and get ready for some hilarious gymnastics. There are no two alike.

I never knew our cars could turn and stop that fast. It is particularly impressive how well the car can take a turn over a hill at 210 MPH without any slip angle.
