I bet those are them there amphibibious vehicles so you can wade into deep water without the engine stopping. They have them snorkels fot that. I bet those big things on front are like rice harvesters. They probably just drive through the rice field, then drive to market to sell their crops. Pretty inventive solution to farming I think.
