Here's a bunch of information I got from the Pantera "Information Summary and Links" spreadsheet.
But I would bet that most of the Pantera Vendors sell a booster solution. You might check with them, too. Good Luck

1979-91 Volvo 240s use a 7/8 in (22.5mm), two bolt master cylinder which can be adapted to the Pantera (requires a 2 bolt (mc) to 4 (booster) adapter
Bendix Italia brake booster back half can be mated to Bendix US (Chevy!) front half so a US master cylinder will fit booster rebuilders can do this

80s Lincoln Continental Brake Booster (3 bolts thru the footwell aluminum plate vice 4) and a Mustang SVO aluminum 1 1/8 inch Master Cylinder
The OEM Pantera booster has 2 horizontal bolts that are 3-3/8"apart center-tocenter. This the same as most GM master cylinders.
