Brake Booster Problem

Just installed new Group 4 style booster and step bore master from precision pro-formance, problem is, my hood WONT CLOSE !!! any one else using this combo had this problem?, it seems like the only way to fix it , is to cut out a section of the hood bracing, and then it MIGHT just clear the hood!!..(Kills me to cut a freshly painted hood !!).....if this is the case, the vendors really should LET US KNOW at time of purchase !...........THANX GUYS.....DAVE

Sorry to here there's trouble with the parts,
I have a update version from Hall Pantera put on in the late 90's, fits good with no cutting.
I'll put a picture on but its not that great.
Pantera East seems to have the better parts though.

Dunno how much interefrence you have but if it's minimal, sometimes you can just loosen the pedal carrier casting and place a couple of shims or washers between it and the body mounting panel (at the top). It points the master down a little bit. I've seen this done on several cars. Might gain you the needed clearance.
