My brake lights are not working. On a related note, I replaced my flasher relay and my hazard switch and got my turn signals working again, so I figured I'd tackle the brake light switch next. A quick search of the old posts here re. brake lights indicates there are two wires and a brake light switch under the brake master cyliner, but no photos of what it should look like. I see the 2 red wires I assume are the right ones, but they enter some sort of a bolt...? Does anyone have a photo of what a stock setup should look like (PanteraPlace does not have a photo either)

Before you remove the brake light switch, remove the two wires and put a jumper between the connectors on the wires. Turn on the ignition switch and the brake lights should come on (without depressing the brake pedal). If they don't light, connect a volt meter between the red/black wire and ground. You should have battery voltage.
