One would think that after 1400 post that Panteradoug would post some pics of his Pantera, with Webbers, 180 headers, relocated pedals, and Hmmmmmmm, what else do we know about this elusive car?

What's the big deal with another red 500hp Pantera?
They're a dime a dozen.
I can probably post the oil cooler and the foot pedal mod (as soon as I patch the black felt). I got some of that stuff somewhere. I might have used it up in my coffin. I don't remember.
As far as full shots you just gotta wait baby.
I have too many things apart to take it out of the garage for awhile.
I still have the freakin' fuse box to do. I got wires hangin all over da' place.
I almost got the gauge panel back in the console but I didn't get the ignition and headlight relays in yet.
I did get the auto dim/compass mirror in. Now I can see why I get lost instead of not knowing where I got lost. It's got self dimming opera/map lights too, pretty cool.
I got the talking back up distance sensor in, but it's not working and the ZF won't go into reverse.
The sensor talks like the computer on star trek and says in a Fem voice the distance in meters, "10, 8, 6, 4, crash"!
I got a revese image, color, night vision cam for backing up but I still need the monitor.
If the ZF had a reverse synchro I'd say it was dead.
Looks like maybe a rebuild for me.
I'm also trying to figure out how to go to the IR EFI on my manifold in an affordable way.
I think my camera needs batteries too.
I'll bet that was in the stars too?
Yeh Mark, NY is beatiful now, if you like 90 degrees and 90% humidity. The violent thunderstorms with hail are fun too. Did you know that a new front decklid costs $4000 now? Ridiculous.
The flash flooding has subsided for the moment and most of the roads have reopened. What is left of them that is.
But now there are some houses missing. There was this one that a 14 year old girl got washed away in. A real tradgedy.
I think if you don't put down the windows the Pantera might float. I know it makes a great bobsled in the winter but it's hard to get back up the hill without one of those sky type tow ropes.

LOL want me to send the recruits ... its a shame your missing good Pantera weather. How about Bear Mountain one of these HOT wednesday nights... or you can borrow my camera ... LOL

FYI, I was in Armonk yesterday and got hit with one of those nasty thunderstorms.
It lasted for about 40 minute.
It flodded the street, knocked down a couple of trees and pelted me with marble size hail.
True your side of the river had the worst of the rain. Closing Rt.17 isn't a comforting thought although who wants to go to Florida anyway?
Frankly, I'm too beat in the heat to do anything.
Yes I'm just bustin on ya. We have a lightning storm yesterday and my men were on the roof of the Mall... little scary. Not sure whats happening here in the OLD STABLE WEATHERED north east these days.

Look Doug, You might as well get with the program. If you need a digital camera...go to wal mart and get a 3.5 or higher megapixel with a flash. $100- $129. You can take pics of the good stuff and just don't show us the undone. You got Detom thinking your may be faking this whole Pantera thingy. Don't feel bad that MY car looks so much better than yours...we still want to see

I just drove home from Armonk.
There are about 30 trees in various forms of distruction thrown across the road by a tornado.
Right near the Westchester Airport, just on the north side near exit 2.
The trunks of the trees were snapped about half way up, twisted like licorish twisters.
As bad as that looks I was more concerned with the horizon.
I never saw it like this before.
It became very dark and ominous. The air is like it is smokey, like the ground is on fire, but it isn't smoke.
This is strange.

Megapixel? I don't think I can spell it..but...it seems the higher the Pixels, the more the camera costs and the quality is better, but not as good as slide film. I have a 3.2 ...5 is professonal quality. Sony and Kodak both make easy to use devices. Do you have a Best Buy or Circut City?

I would assume it has an internal memory chip. But you would think you could upload your pics to a PC and empty the chip for use again. Maybe they price fixed the chips?
