Can you polish out door glass scratches?

So I’ve got about a 2” long scratch in my driver door window that I assume is from the whisker screw.(?) Is this something that could be polished out or does it require replacement window glass.

Based on my past experience, if you can feel a groove with your fingernail it is not repairable.

A glass shop should be able to polish out a scuff.
