I painted mine Lamborghini Diablo Rosso (the Devil's Red), it is probably a little more orange than you are looking for. I suggest you go to a paint supplier and look through their color chips. I spent about 2 hours looking for mine. Took them outside to look at in the sunlight. You probably can get a good paint shop to spray a couple of panels once you narrow your choices down to 2 or 3 for $50 -$100 dollars which is a small investment in the overall price of a paint job.

I saw a really nice "red" on a Pantera down here in LA. I chased the guy down, which was not easy. It must have been a fresh paint job, as many of the trim parts were not yet re-installed like bare door frames. Even the front windshield was just laying in place. He said the color is "Guard's Red", a Porsche color I think. Very nice color. He is one of the Nor-Cal guys, I forget his name. Said he was on a car buying trip, and didn't have time to chat or dinner. Nice Chap. Car has 17" clone campy wheels & L bumpers. Anyone know this car?
That was me! Sorry I didn't have more time. Usually I'd chat for "hours", but I thought it would take me a while to catch up to my group with that rig. It is amazing how fast a semi can average...

The car you saw in the trailer I was caravaning with is now nestled in a garage in Nor-Cal.

Yes, Guards Red, and no the paint is over 3 years old, and I wanted a "cheap" paint job, so I don't worry so much about looks.

My website is www.geocities.com/ProvaMo72 for more pictures of my car, and the restoration details. I'm creating a site map / index, so not everything is currently easy to find, so 'tour around'.

BTW: I hope your local chapter TPOC is going to have the swap meet again this year too. I've about made all my summer plans, and it may be too late to squeeze another trip down south.

Glad to chat, next time I'll make more time.
Next time you are up this way, let me know...
