Since I own nothing really interesting right now(a Rav 4 and a 87 Olds), I thought I would list the cars I HAVE owned in the past...here goes...1st, 1940 Ford Coupe, 1959 and 60 Rambler Americans, 70 Jaguar xke 2+2, 69 Camaro, 69 Camaro Z28(a real one) 69 Camaro Indy Pace Car, 69 Camaro SS, 69 Camaro RS, 69 Camaro(plain model), 1977 Monza Mirage, 76 Monza Spyder, 1965 Corvair Corsa 140, and last but not least a 1987 Buick Grand National. There have been other cars, but they were just transportation. I have a photo album of all these cars from my age at 16 to 50 something now. This weekend I fly to Denver to look at a 74 Pantera, THE LAST HOD ROD for me. Stay tuned. PS I forgot to mention a 76 Cosworth Vega I turbo charged and a 1970 Rover 3500S. Its ok to laugh!

I loved it. Back when I bought it in 1972 I paid $14,000.00 for it. I drove it for almost 2 years, sold it, actually to Paul Newman, and bought my first Pantera in 1974. Of all the cars I've had, it is by far the one I wished I had kept. It was much eaier to work on than all other Lamborghini's.
A clutch could be done through the drivers rear wheel area, although still still expensive for the parts, it was easier than pulling the motor. Never had to rebuild the motor while I had it, thank god. Which was the reason for selling it, it was due, and buying the Pantera. Figured the Pantera was the best of both worlds. Italian styling and an american drive train and maintenance.
But still to this day, I regret ever getting rid of it. Big mistake.
