You bet, I puke everyime I see Arpaio's ugly corrupt mug anywhere.

Arpaio is in charge of the County jail where 60% are unsentenced and still going through the court process and can't afford bail. The rest of the inmates are doing County Time of 1 year or less. It is not a prison.
Just as Arpaio is a JOKE of a Sheriff.
