Yes, that is my correct email. Melton01@msn.com, or try Melton01@email.msn.com.
As you may know, MSN (Microsoft Network) was recently rated as the WORST service provider. Worst, as in the bottom of the list of evaluated ISPs. Unfortuneately, I have a 3 year contract, and I am having to build justifcation to terminate service. From all the trouble I have now documented, I'm probably ready. (They paid me several hundred dollars in advance, I now pay them $19 a month.)
So I am looking for a better ISP.
I'd like to pay no more than $20 a month for unlimited connect time, and I currently use a 56K modem (trailing edge technology !).
I don't want any ads either.
I'd like to receive suggestions, anyone ?

Chuck, 3 times now including a reply to your "test" I get an error message that your address was rejected by the server. I was wondering who you bought the rebuilt rack you had so much trouble with from? please send me an email I know I can at least receive yours even if I can't send to you.

Earthlink Chuck. I have been using it for almost 2 years and never had a problem. Unlimited time online. 21.95 56K
