I bought some Clayton Machine Works Door handles for my car:

They are a bit pricy but well done and very nice. I sand blasted them and powdercoated them flat black.

The only issue was the spline adapters were similar to the Pantera but larger. My first thought was, with a little tape on the spline I could tighten up the fit and they would be fine; and they probably would but it is a crappy fix.

I picked up the square adapters but I did not want to cut up and weld on square ends on my door actuators. I wanted to keep them un-changed.

2 weeks ago I got a 3d printer. So I printed adapters which fit. The adapters that came used a set screw. With the Pantera the center of the door spline is threaded; so with the 3d printed adapters the screw which holds on the door handle goes through the door handle and holds everything tight.

It may be plastic but in the application where the screw goes through it clamps it well and holds everything rock tight.

Once printed, cut 1/8" music wire to .42" and tap in:

I have made the 3d STL file available for download here:

If you don't know anyone with a 3D printer, there are online services which can print individual parts for people.
