If you enjoy working with your hands to relax from a desk job, I suggest you buy a few books on engine rebuilding, plus one specifically on Ford engines, and learn how to do this stuff yourself. At worst, you'll decide you don't want to do it but you will be able to instantly recognize when someone is trying to sell you something you don't need, and at best, you'll get some exercise and save a buck or two. Incidently, don't worry about misspellings- you should see my writing without spell-check!
