Ok, so I ordered my parts, but I didn't really get what I expected, so I need some help.
I ordered the clutch slave and that's what I got, the slave. I really thought I was going to get the piece that goes into the end and hooks to the tranny as well, but I didn't. Doesn't look like I have to replace it, but I was thinking I might as well. Opinions? What do I need to call back and ask for?

Next, I ordered one of the Alum mounting brackets from Byers (I believe they resell the Hall one?). When I was looking this AM to see what I had screwed up, I started to wonder if I've screwed up again. On the factory mount, it appears that the bracket also has the bits to hold the spring and other bits. I'm thinking the aluminum one doesn't (it hasn't shown up yet).
What else do I need? How does this go together? I'm confused!
I guess I'll spend some time looking for examples, but I'd appreciate any guidence as I'd like to get whatever else I need ordered.

Thanks a lot guys!

Are you talking about the Clutch Lever that attaches to the front of the ZF closest to the Bell Housing ? Doubt if this needs to be replaced.

Are you talking about the Slave holding bracket ? If so....

Remove the Slave stop return spring. Remove one C spring clamp from the Slave Push Rod Pin (it's the part that goes inside the slave push rod sitting on the clutch lever) Push the pin out of the Slave holding bracket. This will allow you to take the lever off the Clutch lever. 3 bolts hold the Slave bracket on the Bell Housing. Be careful not to lose the long spacer behind one of the bolts and the slave bracket. The slave is held in the bracket by a large spring C clamp. Remove the bottom one and slide the slave out from the top. Take the line off the slave and bottom if you bought a new line.

Put it all back together the way you took it a part. Get this far, let us know and one of us will walk you through the bleeding & slave adjustment.

No big deal. Don't panic, we'll get you through it.

Did you get the steel braided line ?
