Since this may be deemed as a political topic, the disclaimer is that it is not being posted to start a debate. I am simply posting this link as I feel that it is an interesting message and view from a sitting Federal Judge. That being said, watch the link if you choose for your own information and refrain from posting your views and comments.

Andrew P. Napolitano is a 59-year old former New Jersey Superior Court Judge. He is a graduate of Princeton University and Notre Dame Law School . At Princeton he was a founding member of the Concerned Alumni of Princeton along with Justice Samuel Alito.

Judge Napolitano is the youngest life-tenured Superior Court judge in the history of the state of New Jersey .

Gee Dennis,

You should surely know by now that you can't post items like this and then try to keep me on the sidelines. Wink

But in the spirit of keeping things calms, let me just add the following.
-----------------------------------------------------
The judge retired from the bench in 1995. He is now the senior judicial analyst for Fox News and has a Fox News Radio show. He has been a substitute host for the Glenn Beck show. He is a self described pro-life libertarian, and was discussed by some as a Vice-Presidential running mate for Ron Paul. He is a fierce opponent of the Patriot Act. He has written several books, has a Facebook page and gets 273,000 hits with a Google search.
--------------------------------------------------------

People with all sorts of experience, academic degrees, positions held, (even the same or very similar qualifications) will of course often have widely different views, perhaps totally opposite views. So obviously, "qualifications" cannot be used to justify their views as being more valid than any one else's.

What thus sets sources like Napolitano apart from anyone, even me, is their success at exposure and perhaps their ability to devote additional time to the subject chosen as their career direction. There is always another "expert" with an opposite view.

As usual, the truth is likely somewhere between the diverse opinions.

Whatever made you think the disclaimer was meant for you Larry??? Big Grin

Freedom of speech, its what helped to make this country great. Unfortunately like most things, it can be a double edged sword!
