Only got parts of it as I was working on the Goose. All I can say is I was outside when the last goal was scored and I could hear cheers form surrounding houses.
My son was downtown at the time and he says people came out of stores and bars and were cheering, singing the National anthem and high fiving each other (almost scary)
The game was also broadcast in Afganistan for our soldiers. They had a beautiful sign : 'Americans and Canadians, brothers in arms everywhere except.. on the ice'
