I am lloking for any good books to read (over the harsh Chicago winter) to educate me on the rebuild I would like to perfom on my motor. Coz has inspired me that I can handle the trans myself but I would like to read up on possible engine rebuild options

Would this be a book for someone who is rebuilding their first motor, or a book for an experienced person seeking info specific to the Cleveland motor?

How to Rebuild Your Ford V8

That book will get you started, there's another good book by a motor parts manufacturer, but the name is eluding me at the moment, I'll work on it.

There are also some good college text books in the $60 to $100 price range.
