Hey all,
my new '71 has the Hall big bore headers and exhaust system. The mufflers hangers have broken and the exhaust hangs down really low. I will have that fixed soon. My question is about the tips. The car has a BB muffler on one side that has chrome tips, and the other side is just black. Looks rediculous. Can I have a muffler shop cut off the tips right at the muffers and install new tips? I would really like angled tips installed, but am not sure if they would work. has anyone done anything like this?
