I wonder how the feeling of speed is when you are in the car because of the open plain where you have got no reference points. I think going flat out in a veyron on a highway is more scarier
Bonneville is only 40 miles away from where I live, but I've never been to a speed session. It's kinda like the Great Salt Lake; I've seen it dozens of times and it doesn't interest me much, but out-of-towners seem to think it's really something.
My friend races at Bonneville and has a few records and knows this guy a bit.
It is a small block dodge with a BIG turbo I was told.
We are working on my friend's new car, but it won't be this fast since that is SIGNIFICANT $$$$$$$$$$$$.
