emission decal

What would the proper colour emission decal be for a Pantera manufactured in Jan 72? would there be a difference from a car destined for California and the rest of the states or Canada. I think the options are green,yellow and orange?

While I am asking, what are the two decals you can sometimes see on the end of the right valve cover?
